After a run of 5 matches without a win, Main got back to winning ways with a 1-0 victory against in-form Lincoln Moorlands Railway.
Main were unlucky not to take the lead as early as the 5th minute when Mick Jones' header from Jon Bownes' right wing corner crashed back off the crossbar.
Three minutes later Main 'keeper Jamie Bailey had to make a save after Main defender Jon Wragg's attempted headed clearance from Danny Brooks' ball into the box flew across the box and, from Brooks' corner, Tom Garrick headed wide.
Jon Bownes set up Paul Lavender with a long pass but his low weak shot was easily saved by Mario Ziccardi in the Moorlands goal.
Then, in the 33rd minute, after a quiet period for both sides, Moorlands’ Josh Schofield shot well wide in the box and 5 minutes later Lee Mellon had a 35 yard free kick pushed over by Ziccardi. In the final minute of the half,Garrick headed over from Brooks' ball into the box.A minute after the break,Bownes wasted a good chance by shooting wide in the box when clear on goal.
Bailey easily saved a weak header from Brooks following Garrick's cross before, in the 56th minute, Moorlands were reduced to 10 men when defender Jack Cotton was sent off for elbowing  Lee Whittington after the Main winger had commited a foul.

On the hour mark, Moorlands substitute Joe Butler shot straight at Bailey from wide on the left but, three minutes later, Main made their numerical advantage count when striker Rob Branagan got on the end of Lee Mellon's high ball into the box and smartly shot past Ziccardi into the bottom corner of the net.
With 20 minutes remaining, Moorlands striker Ben Good shot wide from 20 yards before Bailey was called into action with 2 corners.
The Main 'keeper tipped over and then had to punch out, then he made a good stop from Good's close range header following Brooks' free kick.
Garrick hit a 81st minute shot wide following a neat 1-2 with Butler and Lee Whittington had a deflected goalbound shot saved.
In injury time, Main substitute Craig Fletcher shot well wide and Garrick shot wide at the back post for the visitors.
